The D-ring is located under a rubber cover on the bottom of the UE Boom 2 speaker. Replacing this part does not require the removal of any other components, and it will not void the device warranty.

    • Locate D-ring on the bottom of the speaker.

    • Hold onto and lift up on the D-ring.

    • Unscrew the D-ring by turning it counterclockwise.
