This guide will help you replace the iRobot Roomba e5 battery. If your Roomba won't turn on, try to see if it will charge first. If the Roomba doesn't charge or turn on, the battery may need to be replaced.

Flip the iRobot upside down

locate the edge sweeping brush which has a screw in the center.

Loosen the screw using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
