Cirdingis (pronounced as "jirdingish") is a traditional Chechen meal consisting of dumplings and meat served with accompanying sauces. It may also be called "galnish".

1. Make a "crater" in the middle of flour -
2. Pour water into the well -
3. Mix with hands to form a dough -
4. Knead dough well until smooth -
5. Add more flour if dough is too sticky -
6. The finished dough should be smooth and not too sticky -
7. Sprinkle work surface with flour -
8. Cut dough into several pieces -
9. Sprinkle a dish with flour -
10. Place the dough pieces on the floured dish -
11. Take a piece of dough and roll into a long rope -
12. Flatten the dough rope slightly -
13. Cut the rope into pieces -

15. Toss the cut pieces with flour -
17. Roll the pieces to about 2 inches long with your hands -

23. Boil a pot of water and add the cirdingis to cook -
